How to make sure you — and everyone around you — has the worst experience possible during your nude yoga class:

1. Refuse to take off your clothes at the appointed time. Watch everybody else instead. Giggle.
2. Leave your phone on. When your buddy calls, answer it and say, “Dude, I’m in a nude yoga class. You won’t believe the girl next to me…”
3. Stare. At every person. So they notice.
4. Laugh when the guy in front of you raises his buttocks (and bollocks) into downward facing dog.
5. Eat airy foods before class, release at will.
6. Use your neighbor’s towel to wipe the sweat off your privates, saying, “Thanks, I forgot mine.”
7. Should you become aroused, draw attention to yourself by exclaiming, “I think my kundalini is rising!”

Observe the opposite yoga etiquette from what is described above, and you will probably have a great experience.
